Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing different sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
